Hello ZT:

Many of the homes on Sandburg Dr. were built in the late 1960's. That section of Marlboro is still considered Marlboro, and the area is known as the Whittier Oaks WEST section.

The great thing about Marlboro Township is that it has appeals to mature adults, as well as young families and single people. So yes, I'd venture to say Marlboro has become kid-friendly for the most part in every area.

If you're looking for Marlboro Township homes built in the late 1970's and beyond, I'd like to suggest the Whittier Oaks EAST section located near Gordon's Corner Rd.
