Taresa,

The sellers accepted an offer for this property on Friday 8/21. There are 2 other properties available in Pt. Reyes priced under $600,000 however, they both have 2 bedrooms. If you would like more information about either of them, please call or send us your e-mail address and we would be happy to forward you detailed printouts and additional photos. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions. We would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Best Regards,

Taresa,

The insight I offered previously still holds Taresa. Open Houses are a listing agents tool to placate sellers and to capture prospective buyers. Open Houses very, very seldom sell houses consequently in small distant communitites Open Houses are infrequent. You can search Open Houses that are posted to the MLS using my website and you can search Open Houses at http://www.marinopenhomes.com which is an easy to use tool sponsored by the Marin Assoc. of Realtors.
Again, as before, understand that you can always contact the listing agent and they'll gleefully make certain the home is available for inspection per your schedule. FYI there are over two dozen residential listings along the coast from Stinson to Bodega asking less than $600K.

Questions?

Oh, by the way. The web reference below will take you to all current listings at Pt. Reyes Station. Do you think you'd like to look at a few?
