Yes, you would be able to get a VA loan on this home. The problem is going to be if it would appraise high enough and how much money you are putting down.

I would be happy to send you some listings if you could send me your search criteria or feel free to search my web site.

Yes, you would be able to get a VA loan on this home. The problem is going to be if it would appraise high enough and how much money you are putting down. The home is listed for $169,900. The market value and comparable solds are much less than the owner is asking. It should be more in the $140k range. But I have not seen in the home to see the features to do a comparative market analysis.

I would be happy to send you some listings if you could send me your search criteria or feel free to search my web site.

Most home are VA eligible and this one would be a great one. You would need to get pre-qualified and have your DD214. Bill, one of our team members was in lending for 30+ years and has a wealth of experience to help guide you through the process to get pre-approved.
