The buyer is: Randhawa,Gurpreet & Pearl
The seller is: Randhawa,Kuldip & Gurjee

Yes, this is the sold price for this home. I would guess that the price had something to do with the family nature of the parties!

I am not sure prices have fallen this low anywhere yet in Santa Clara County!

Prior to September 2008, 4 persons with the same last name held title to this home. Now only 2 of those original 4 persons have remained on title. Probably an intra-family transfer or buyout of some sort. Not a "real" market value price on county records, yes, too good to be true.

There is not active listing for this home. According to tax records it sold in September 2008.
It is not uncommon to see home listed with the default amount and not an actual sales price.
I would believe this to be the case as the last home on Silver Leaf sold for $529,000 in November of this year.
