Hi Helen, The property in question is a short sale as Patrick noted. The porpoerty is occupied and there are no Open House scheduled. However, appointments can be made with relative ease by simply calling the resident/owner. Your Realtor should be able to help you there. If you do not have a Realtor representing you it will benefit you to have one working specifically with your needs in mind

Hi Helen, if you would like to find those homes that are Open on Weekends you can try the public version of MLS Listings here: Just check the "Only show open houses" box before searching.

I would suggest that you do find a licensed Realtor to work with you in your search. . Since the Seller pays the commission to the Buyer's Agent there really is no reason not to get professional guidance when purchasing a home, after all, the Seller has full professional representation – you should too!

Best, Steve

Hi Helen.

This is a short sale. Typically short sale/REO properties do not have open houses. You can contact an agent to set up an appointment for you to view the property. Feel free to contact me with other questions.
