This property is being advertised for rent in this ad. You can only have "pretend" ownership for this price.

Angie..if it was listed at that price it would be gone in a NY minute! The lowest priced property along Hickory blvd is a home listed at at $1,095,000 and they go over $7,000,000., These homes have direct frontage on the beach of Bonita Springs. That is the Gulf Of Mexico.
These are some of the listings available on Hickory beach:

Still if you are looking for a deal I would be glad to help you.

Angie, this is probably a property that has a "lis Pendens" filed against it, which means someone has placed a lien for a debt owed. It sounds like it might be a home equity loan, or some loan that is of significantly less value than the property. I would imagine on this home that there is a considerable first mortgage that would take precedence. This happens from websites that automatically upload things from court records and is misleading to the public. Also, some realtors do list properties for significantly less than they would actually accept in order to increase traffic. My guess is that some such situation has taken place here. A local realtor in your area can keep you up to date on the best buys in your area. If you would like a referral to a good realtor, just let me know.
