The property you are inquiring about is in the Boca Century Village. This is a 55+ community. There is no membership or club fee and they have a wonderful clubhouse with outdoor and indoor heated pools, tennis courts, movies, shows, workshops and numberous clubs and so much more. They offer courtesy bus service through the community. This is a required condominium fee. If you like to know more please feel free to contact me at 954-655-0726 or at rannklein@aol.com. Our real estate company represents all four Century Villages.

this unit is in Century Village of Boca. There is no club membership fee but there is a mandatory HOA fee. The residents must be 55 or older to live here

Thanks for your reply. I see that the HOA fee is $147.00. Can you tell me what does that include. I also gather that this property has no central AC but just wall units. Let me know if this is correct. I need to know how far this property is from the beach or is it located near to a lake. Why is the cost so low. What was the previous value of this property before the housing melt down.
