Please check out my previous posts about lease/purchase and be aware that this is more expensive in the short run than an outright prchase and you can stand to lose a lot of money. this works well for people with poor credit but substantial income who can make the hefty nonrefundable deposit and pay above market rent for the lease. i advise you not to enter into a lease/purchase without representation from an agent who can protect your interests. if you want to inquire about possible lease/purchase on this house,I suggest you connect with a local agent who can explore this for you with the listing agent.
