I'm not sure by your question, whether you have selected a buyer's agent to work with you but I suggest you do. While there are many sites out there that allow you to search on your own, the buyer's agent can shortcut your efforts in: finding out details such as whether there are HOA fees, help you determine the 'reality' of whether a short sale is really beling legitimate and not a waste of your time, and most importantly, help you negotiate both price and terms that are best for you in finding the home of your dreams. All of this at no cost to you!
I have some free articles that can guide you in searching for a home in today's confusing market. Contact me and I'll email them to you, no obligation. Besides that, every realtor on here can set you up with a search portal that will allow you to save homes, reject them (rather than relooking at the same ones) and of course give you all the detail you could possibly want. I encourage you to select an experienced buyer's agent to assist you and save you time and effort.
Best of luck to you Anita!
