I have sent listings to buyers that looked great, however more often than not they were not move in ready. Once you view it only then will you know for sure! Even then after you have an inspection is when you will determine if you need any electrical or plumbing work. There are some great prices out there however many of the homes need repairs, cleaning and painting.

Feel free to contact me if you would like any assistance with your purchase!

That is a very good question! The only way to find out for sure is by visiting the property. Many times the listing agents for REOs are not really sure about the physical conditions of their properties. To be completely sure about the condition and any potential hidden defects you should also hire a professional inspector. Any experience full time buyer's agent will be able to assist you.

Good luck!

HI Jan,

More than likely, nobody here, including me, has seen the interior of this property, because with ~52,000 properties for sale, it's impossible to see them all. You'll need to see the interior with an experienced, full-time Buyer's Agent to determing if the property meets your move in ready conditions, if it's livable & if it qualifies for the type of financing you may obtain. I'd be happy to meet with you to discuss your options & to show you this property.
