Is the prce of land down now as well, and are land owners reducing prices to sell? Specifically in Gotha &

Hi Sandra
As with all Real Estate the selling prices of vacant lots has been coming down for the last 3 years, however location is most important in value. For instance in the last 4 months 2 lots have sold on Marleon Lane in Windermere for about $70k that sold in 2008 for $345k. 2 lots in Keene's Pointe and Windsor Hill sold for $150k that were valued at $400k in 2007. a Lakefront lot on Hemple in Gotha sold for $219,900 that also sold in 2004 for $500,000. But there was also a sale for a 1/2 acre golf front lot in Keene's Pointe last month that sold for $425,000.
