You could have your buyer's agent do a market analysis on the property to determine value. If you do not have one, call me, it does not cost you anything to hire one.

Zillow is notoriously innaccurate when dealing with properties in our area. The system works fairly well in areas that have identical properties, but our area, with a wide range of property type, locations and amenities present too many variable for Zillow.

The best way to get a value is to hire a Buyers agent and have them run price per square foot and assessed value ratios.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.
