If you mean that the listing price is substantially less than what the seller expects to actually sell for, the answer is "No". The average price of comparable homes within a 1-mile radius that have been sold in the last 90 days is $250,571, about 3% more than the average list price.

The first step would be to preview the home in person. If you like it the first step would be to contact the listing agent to see if there are already other offers (which is probable in that area). It is a short sale, so you must be willing to wait 60-90 days for a closing, and probably 30-60 days before you even know if your offer is accepted. I'd be happy to help you.
