No, there must be an error.
Since looks like you may be interested in concord I pulled some info from the MLS to give you an idea:
price rms/ba year built sq ft
$239,999 5/3 - 1957 1668
$245,500 5/2 1953 1476
$249,900 4/2 1957 1596
$274,900 4/2 1950 1674
$299,000 4/2 1963 1439
$334,900 4 /2 1952 1771
$349,999 4/2 1951 2779
$355,000 5/3 2006 2634
$365,000 4/2 1950 1909
$374,900 4/2 1949 1932
The above is combination of REOs and Short Sales. Overall they go all the way up to 700K - If you are interested in getting more information, please call me I can get you any specific info.
Good luck!

That is not an asking price. It says on there that it is merely the filed notice of default. That typically then would mean the value of the loan that is intending to foreclose. My guess is that is not the only loan on the house , this may be a second loan. The first may have also filed a Notice of Default.

Wouldn't that be exciting! Unfortunately, when you see these prices on Trulia coming from these foreclosure sites, they don't reflect what it would take to get title and possession of the home. It may reflect only one of the loans against the home, if the owner has missed payments on it and not the others. If you are looking for homes for sale, your best bet is or your local MLS site. The foreclosure sites have some functions, but getting complete info that enables you to buy one of the homes is not one of them, imho.
