Hi Suzette, This home is in a flood plain according to the sellers disclosure, although they have made no insurance claims against the property. The sellers disclosure is not 100% clear that it has never been flooded. I would ask the selling agent if he could ask his seller if they know about any flooding, a certified home inspector may be able to see if the home has had these kind of repairs. I would be glad to gather any information, county records or past history I could find on this home for you. I mainly represent home buyers and would be glad to assist you!
