Hi Mary,

The North Port/Port Charlotte area is a growing location where there are currently some outstanding home values for serious buyers. There are hundreds of newer homes 2003-2008 available for under $100,000-3/2/2 with some upgrades.

As far as the crime issue, we would recommend that you contact the North Port or Port Charlotte Police departments for the most current and accurate information.

We would be happy to email you some property samples if you would like. Call or email.

Good luck,

Hi Mary,

Here a web address that gives that information till 2004. North Port is a growing city. Good schools, lots of commercial growth. Newer area, prices at an all time low, and good value for your money. If you give me specifics, I could give you a more specific answer.

If there's anything I could help you with please feel free to call or email me.

I live in North Port and really like it! I can't comment on the crime rate but you could call the local sherrifs dept and ask for the crime statics.

The home prices are very reasonable in North Port. You can pick up a newer 3/2/2 for under 100K and sometimes it even will have a pool. I have a link on my website that you can also view all of the foreclosure properties.

There is lots of information on the North Port area on my website listed below. Please give me a call or email if you'd like more info on the area :)
