Henry Boenni…, Home Owner in Destin, FL

If my home value has steadily increased to $401,000, how can it drop $21,000 in one day with no devaluation stats? Trulia is a joke!

Home values on 3rd party sites are generic and do not always reflect accurate values. If you truly want to know the value of your home contact a proffesional Appraiser or have a Realtor put together a comparative market analysis for you. The Real Estate Market here is deffinitely turning in a positive direction. Feel free to contact me anytime I can be of help.

Just because your value "dropped" on a website like Trulia or Zillow, does not mean it has dropped in the real world. Websites use statistics from public records and do not include the Realtor MLS information which is "real world". If you would like to know what your home is REALLY worth, I would be happy to do a market analysis. Email me or call me at or (850) 543-8033
