If it says RF (road frontage) in the Flood Plain/Location column does that mean has potential to flood?

Hello Brenda,
As you may notice there so many questions to learn about each property. If you have a particular property that you are looking at in Winlock, I'd love to help you find the answer to all your questions. I was actually yesterday in Winlock for a listing appointment I am very familiar with this town. My office is only minutes away , in Chehalis.

Brenda,
Not sure where you saw "RF", but according to the tax record it is in Zone C: An area that is determined to be outside the 100- and 500- year floodplains.
