If im on a deed to a property but not on the loan, what rights do i have?

You have the right to cause the home TO sell or NOT to sell. If you co-own the home with someone else it can only sell with BOTH of your signatures on the Grant Deed & other escrow paperwork. (the above statement is for a standard equity sale or a short sale)

If the person on the loan is failing to make payments, the bank can foreclose without your signature. If you have any other questions/concerns feel free to email or call me directly as I won't look back on this same Trulia thread for answers posted after mine.
