I am from Australia and my daughter will be moving to Miami once her visa is finaliased. I need to know how i can purchase realesate in USA. can I geta loan, or do I need to pay in full. What other costs are involved. We here stories here in Australia about investors purchasing foreclosure properties to then find out that they do not own the property after th purchase, How do I know if this will happen to me
What is the land tax is it paid year;y or is it a once off payment.

Please confirm that you need to see photos of the inside 13215 NE 6th st Miami.
In regared to your other quistions.Forgin buyers can buy in the USA by cash or banks will finance 60% of the purchease. Once you enter a transaction...a lawyer that oprates a title company would garntee the transfer of title and issue a title polcy insurance that would pay back your money if there's a problem. Also the FYI the purchease would never close if there's a problem with deal. Your ultimate safty would be the title polcy insurance that you buy at the time of the purchease. If you cant get one then you know there is a problem.
