Hi Brent,

This property qualifies for Fannie Mae Home Path financing which is great. It only requires a 3% downpayment and a 660 credit score. Fannie Mae will also pay up to 3.5% in closing costs right now. this home is a little dated but other homes in the same townhome complex are selling for $140K.

Assuming you have the credit score and downpayment, your next step would be to get with a BROKER to view the home to see if you like it. When you meet with your Broker he can discuss the offer process, inspection and closing process.

Pretty easy process but one you need an experienced Broker to help you out with. If I can help drop me an email at dfwtxrealestate@gmail.com I will call you today to touch base with you to see if you still need help. I dont live very far from this home.

Have a great day.

Hi Brent,

It is refreshing to answer to a buyer who sees the value of asking for professional Realtor help.

1.To answer your question, more about this property, this is a Bank foreclosure that belongs to Fannie Mae, a townhome, in central Plano, close to Hwy 75, sold as is, with 2 beds down and special modifications installed.
2. To buy this property, first step is to show proof of funds i.e a lender qualification letter which we can help you with. Are you going to occupy or are you an investor ?as there is additional info you need to know.
3. Offer must include an earnest money check, 1% of price offered, your offer paperwork, and all the bank addendums (about 12pages) which we can print and review with you so you understand what you are buying and all your options.
4. This home also has special mortgage and renovation financing options, and a 3% down if you qualify.
5. Plus much more additional information that you would want to know and we would want to ask you before you enter into a binding contract.

Feel free to call if you are ready to move forward and view the property to set an appointment.

Brent, find yourself an agent to show you the property and go from there. They will be able to give you the specifics on the property. Definitely get a thorough Home Inspection before buying. Some of these foreclosures are real money pits, and some aren't.
