You will need at least a 3% down payment plus your own closing costs of about $4,200. If you are a Veteran, you do not need any down payment. All you will be required to do is pay back the refunding fee of 2% of the purchase price of the home, but that can be factored into the loan amount. Does this help? Please call me at (520) 870-7653, and I will set up an automated Homefinder for you. That way you will be automatically emailed each time a new listing comes up which fits your needs. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your question.

If you are still wanting to purchase a home in Arizona, as a mortgage consultant, I can confirm now is an INCREDIBLE time--especially if you can apply soon as there are a couple temporary programs to assist first time homebuyers (defined as you have not owned a home in the past 3 years). Dependent upon the type of loan and/or homebuyer's assistance program your total cost to move in could range from 0 to atleast 3.5% of the purchase price.

If you would like to discuss your options, available programs, etc. I would enjoy helping you to realize your dream by determining what works best for your needs. Once we have you qualified, you will then know what you can afford to purchase--saving you and your Realtor a lot of time and headache.

If you would like to find out your available options, please give me a call on my cell : 520-971-8291.

Best wishes,

Hi Thalynne,

The property you are asking about, 5802 E 31st Street, is not currently for sale. It was listed last year but the listing expired on 10/13/08.
