You can do a recorded documents search with the County you are considering to find information on a property.

To have better clarity on the situation, it is always better to do a preliminary title search on the property.

If you need anything else, feel free to contact me.

The best advise as James previously stated is to use an agent/attorney that can perform a lien search. Please do not just rely on information you can find on line.

Yes, there is a way, however, should this information be gathered for an over-view, then public records is a great way to obtained this...however, it's always best to obtain a title search. This may be obtained by an attorney or a title company for a price.

It is recommended to use the title search as this may be costly if an error is made and a lien or mortgage is not viewed in the initial public record search...

If i understand well, now i didn't find any information on the clerk website of miami dade.
The best way to find all the lien on this property is to use a title company for this ? Do you have any suggestion about one working on miami dade county and an approximative cost for that ? This is sure with this way to have the 100% liens ?

Yes, you can find if there are 'some' liens.
However, you may have to pay for this access.

You have NO WAY of knowning about "ALL" liens.
That is why I pay, you pay, attorneys pay, we all pay to have Title companies to do this research on behalf of the SELLER. They in turn have paralegals who stir the ashes to uncover what has been burried by the passage of time. This comprehensive approach is what professionals rely upon. And even then, title insurance is advised.
Or you can just use aggregate websites and goggle the address and owner name and presto you have...stuff!. So, yes, you can find stuff...but decision making information is too important to trust to orgainizations who take no responsibility for the data they display. When you access the tax assessors or property appriasers website, be sure you read the disclaimers. This is the resource to which you may have free access. Data displayed will vary from county to county.
Now there may actually be a more precise purpose for your question. So, what are you actually looking for?

Best of success to you
