Tanisha, Other/Just Looking in Chicago, IL

I wanted to know if this house was for rent or to buy? Because some houses say buy while others say rent.

You need to work with a realtor because of some of sites on the internet are misleading. A realtor will send you active listings everyday that will lead you to find the property that is according to your specifications. Debbie Bergthold-Smith Classic Real Estate

A lot of things on here are either false or misleading. Get a good buyers agent to help you out. This way you have someone to help out, at no cost to you.

Dear Tanisha,

I have to agree with Shivers's response here.

It turns out that this home was most recently available for rent, but it is not currently on the market.

However I (or many other Realtors) can set up some automated property searches for you to help you find whatever type of property you're looking for.

Let me know if I can be of additional assistance to you.

Sincerely,
