I've been approved by the city of Rancho so I need to buy a house inside the limits of the map they provided.

Asked by Teresa Valverde, Rancho Cucamonga, CA Wed Feb 18, 2009

Is there a way you can send me picture pf the house or address just to see if the propertiy is located in that area. Wouldn't like to waste your time and mine going to see a house that is not going to be approved, either for it condition or location.

HI TERESA. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR HOME BUYING. ONE THING I WILL TELL YOU IS TO HURRY. YOU DO NOT WANT THE CITY TO RUN OUT OF FUNDS FOR YOUR PROGRAM. BE SURE THE AGENT YOU WORK WITH IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH CITY PROGRAMS. GOOD LUCK.

Hi Teresa,

I would love to help you with the purchase of a home in Rancho Cucamonga. The house you are looking at is in foreclosure, and you need to look at homes that have already gone through foreclosure and have gone back to the bank. These homes are called REO's or real estate owned. I would love to help you. Let me know when you have some time and we can meet at my office to discuss things further!

When you are ready, let me know and we will find you a home!

Kind regards,
