Hello, this property is no longer listed/expired. However, several other condos are available for rent in East Haven. There's a beautiful unit available on Redwood Dr (Countryside). Let me know if you'd like more information on rentals in East Haven and I'd be happy to send you info/pictures on properties or schedule a showing. You can email me at ingridlambert@prudentialct.com or call 203-239-4663 ext. 139. I'd be happy to help you & have a great weekend!

Hi Tennille, In today's market Buyers are what we call Waiters, meaning they wait until the home has been on the market for a long time hoping that their the one that can come in an make a low offer and the Seller will accept it. In Fact many Sellers are aware of this fact and are not afraid to leave their property on the market for as long as it takes.
In some cases the Seller is anxious to sell it really depends on what motovates the Seller. Some may consider renting, the best thing to do is have your Realtor ask them it can't hurt.

All the Best
