Sir: Seems you already received some answers. Most condominium associations have fees that cover the Master Insurance, maintenance of the building and grounds, refuse removal, parking, snow removal, etc. There are those that also might include heat (Broadreach in Weymouth being a prime local example), which reflectin the higher cost of theire fees in general of course. Marina Bay condos will also include flood insurance for many or those at the Hingham ship yard for another example.
Bottom line, if you are not presently working with the professional assistance of a buyers Agent, let me offer my experience, knowledge, and udnerstanding of he deomgraphics of the Braintree and South Shore area as well. Listing Agents are always acting for the benefits/betterment of their Sellers/clients.

This specific unit is $334.46 per month and it includes Master Insurance, Swimming Pool, Exterior Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Tennis Court, Walking/Jogging Trails, Refuse Removal, Garden Area. Condo fees vary in different communities. In Devon Wood the condo fee includes: Master Insurance, Swimming Pool, Exterior Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Tennis Court, Walking/Jogging Trails, Refuse Removal, & a Garden Area. Condo fees are based on percent ownership in the common areas and are typically set by the developer. The percent ownership usually is based on the square footage of the unit and sometimes other factors are included..ie. placement of the unit.
