Do you have an agent? If the answer is no.....find one. You need someone to stay on top of the market and work for you.

If you had a buyer agent, you may have made the offer accepted. So many people try to beat the system by asking questions their agent would address from searching on a website that has more properties unavailable than available.
If your serious about acquiring a property, find a buyer agent your comfortable with and get in the game.

Hi,
As previously stated, this home does currently have a contract on it. You could place a back-up offer, or if you are interested in a similar property in that area, I would be more than happy to work wth you. I live in that area and am quite familiar with that part of North Fort Myers and the surounding areas of Cape Coral and Fort Myers and the Beach. Please feel free to contact me for more information on other homes that you might like.

HI Lc

This home is a short sale and is active contigent...meaning that the offer has been accepted by the owners but not by the lender as of yet. It is not yet sold.
For more info or if you wanted to put a back up offer contact me at 239-810-2980 or realtorlloydn@aol.com

Good luck

This property is Active Contingent Short Sale - the seller has accepted an offer contingent upon their lender approving the contract. Backup offers might be ok although it would put you in second position behind the current offer. Sometimes it's worth a try on short sale....many buyers get impatient and walk.
