for 144,000 and when the appraiser valued it this time (for a refinance) he left off the basement finished square footage, all updates in my home, new tile floors, new paint since the last appraisal, brand new 6ft. privacy fence around the entire back yard, pool, hot tub, etc... When e-mailed and confronted (nicely) I never recieved a response. He compared it to 6 other homes around the neighborhood and low balled me on all 6. He also indicated my house is damp which is not so and said my house has settelment which is something else that is not true (he looked at my front steps which the footer was not poured deep enough and they settled) so he indicated the house settled... What recourse do I have? This was so unfair and very disappointing.
