Maybe they accepted an all cash offer. Cash is king, and that's what the banks want. Good Luck

Hello Alison. I researched this home on the MLS and if you didn't submit a prequalification letter from Countrywide, that may be the reason your offer was rejected. The language in the MLS stated "...All offers must be ....accompanied by a prequal letter from Countrywide. No exceptions. ..."

If you don't lose faith and keep looking, you will find the "right" home for you. Best of luck.

Hi Alison,

I'm sure you agent is just as concerned as you are as to why that happened. That does not make much sense. Talk to your agent for some answers.

Good Luck.

Wow Allison, that's a hard question to answer without having more information. Have your agent contact the seller's agent to see if the terms were significantly different.

Best of luck to you!
