There is no price of sale. It was cancelled a few days ago. The seller and agent might opt to bring it back on if market conditions improve. But it's hard to imagine conditions being much better than they are right now. I think that the biggest obstacle to the sale of this particular house is location. It's on a major artery, just off the intersection of another major artery. After being on the market for a while, the clearest remedy for overcoming the location obstacle is now a price reduction. The market has spoken and tells us that the list price of $875,000 was too high.

According to MLS the listing was cancelled on March 21. The list price at time of cancellation was $875,000. It has not sold per MLS.
