I work mostly as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and I would be glad to explain the advantages of an Accredited Buyer's Rep vs. that of any agent simply working as a Buyer's Agent. Beth's advice was good. If you have not had the Consumer Notice explained or presented to you it would be wise to start there so that you know what type of representation is available and best for you. You need to understand the pros and cons of working with the selling agent and also thus who practice dual agency and how that may effect you as a buyer.

This home is still active, has been on the market since last July and has had the price reduced from an origonal price of 154,900 to 144,900. You do not say what information you wanted, but if you will go to my email/web page I can send you a link to this home description on the mls. I do not have your email address. If you have a buyer's agent you should contact them and they can send it to you and show you the home. If you do not have a buyer's agency with anyone perhaps you need to find out what agency options you have in Pennsylvania.
