I'm wondering how to view photos of this property. (And why listings bother without them.) Thanks!

We are looking for a foreclosure 2bd/2ba property with secure yard, tile/hardwood floors, plenty of light and storage, as well as that Montrose charm. Failing that, a month-to-month rental.

Hi, Megan:

This property is still for sale. It is a 3+3 townhouse. If you will email me I will send you the MLS link where you can view 7 photos of this property. The photos show lovely hardwood floors and what looks to be a fairly updated kitchen and bathroom.

The property is listed at 424,900. If you would like to view this listing I would be happy to show it to you.

All my best,
Dot

Hi Megan,

A lot of the bank owned properties are listed by a just a few companies and they are often not in the area so they don't take a picture. It's not helping anyone but the banks don't know it is happening or if they do they don't care.

I'd love to help you in your search.
My colleague and I work in that area every day for purchases and leases.
Just give me a shout...

Take care, Liz
