the location is very convenient if you like the suburbs and if you rely mostly on your car to get around or to commute to work. There is a large, well-known shopping mall right next door, as well as a great public park with all kinds of indoor and outdoor sports facilities to the other side, all easily walkable. A big medical park is also only 3 or 4 long blocks away, and just about every other shopping opportunity can be found on Rockville Pike, a short drive away. To get to the District line will take about 15 minutes, downtown DC can be reached in 30-40 minutes (or an more like hour in traffic).
There are several more 3 bedroom/2 bath or (3/2.5) for sale in the building or right next door. I'm putting an MLS link to all of them in the web reference line below. There are also pictures for all of them.
I think the places are a good value for the money in an otherwise pricier area.
