Because timeshares are almost worthless, but overpriced at the resorts. The resale prices are always low

This is a timeshare. If you would like detailed analysis on any home or neighborhood, please feel free to contact me anytime.

This is a Time Share type ownership. You would have use of the house and amenities certain days/times of the year.

Have you ever heard of a time share? This is just like that. You get to own a part of this home for $58,000. Not all of the house, only a part.
And you don't get to stay there all year either. Only a part. The listing doesn't say how long, but I'm guessing this is a 1/12 ownership stake, so probably for only one month a year.

Because it's not a single titled property. It's essentially nothing more than an investor timeshare with a fractional ownership of the property. There's an old saying, "if it looks too good to be true, then it probably isn't true."

It's a fractional ownership, kind of like a timeshare.
