Zhivago, I assume when you say you're "ready", you mean you're ready to purchase this home. As Cameron said, you should never buy a house sight-unseen, but I just sold a house a few blocks from there a few weeks ago and it is a pretty decent area. If you would like a complete copy of the MLS listing showing all 10 of the pictures, just send me an email at dbonweb@aol.com and I'll forward it to you along with more information about purchasing a home and your particular situation. Zhivago,

Call a few local agents and ask for some qualifications. Once you settle on the best agent for you and possibly your family. You will have them walk you through the rest of the process. I would also recommend that you have them show you the property that you are referencing, buying a house sight unseen is a very risky proposition.
