Good Afternoon,

The home was taken off the market on July 30, 2008 after being on the market for 307 days. It is not a foreclosed property. It was listed for $355,000. The listing was with Coldwell Banker in Brentwood.

Hope this helps.

You ask who to contact. First pick an agent to help you with your search. Read a few profiles in here and then contact that agent to assist you in your search. It will help you save time. I live in Brentwood, so feel free to call me.

Hello Kathie! The listing on this home has been cancelled. I'm sure it will be put back on soon. If you would like more information on it or any other property in this area you can contact me or any other local agent. If I can be of any other service, please contact me. Chuckb.rwdc@gmail.com

Hi Kathie, if you are interested in buying now, whether it be this house or another, my advice to you is to hook up with an agent you can trust . Interview a couple of them if you want to or get a referral from a trusted friend or relative. Work together, let them be your advocate and have them help you get approved for your loan. This market is not for the meek. Many REO's and short sales are "priced to sell" and are getting multiple offers and selling quickly. Using the listing agent , just because they are the listing agent, isn't the best answer. You need your own agent to advocate for you and not have any competing interests. At least that is "my" opinion. Good luck!
