No the banks are not into trading houses yet. We own a rental home on Wexford and would be happy to help you lease or sell your home. Why are you moving? If you need assistance with a short sale or low cost to possibly NO cost refi to get a lower payment please call Kelly and Gregg Barz with The Michael Group Realty at 817-271-7456.

Banks do not trade homes, is your home listed with a Realtor ? or For Sale by Owner.

Banks don't trade houses as far as I'm aware. They don't like being in the business of owning homes in the first place. You would need to list and sell and and then buy the property when it comes onto the market!
