I know that this property is "sold as is", besides new paint/flooring, what is wrong with the home?

For example: pluming, electrical, water, sewage, termites and so forth.

Do to the fact that this is a Bank owned home there will be no property disclosure, my best advise on bank owned properties would be to get a licensed home inspector or contractor to do a inspection, it's better to spend hundreds on a home inspector than thousands on repairs. Alos this property is pulled from the market which could mean a couple things 1.) it might be going to auction or 2.) possible title issues. If your interested in this area you can contact me and I'll help you find what your looking for. I live and work as a Realtor full time in Dade City and am very familiar with the area.

There is really no way of knowing exactly if there is anything wrong until an inspection is done on the property. Looking in the MLS, there is nothing listed. You could request a sellers disclosure. If you are interested let me know and I will see about getting you the sellers disclosure on the property.
