I have rented for 10-plus yrs in JC, is there a way to find out if the building might "go condo?" thank you

You may want to call or write your landlord/management company and see if they have plans to convert to condo.

When buildings do convert to condo, they do offer tenants the option to purchase their unit.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I'll be happy to assist.
