Yes sometimes you run into agents like this.

If your looking to buy, go out and get a good buyers agent. This way you have someone to walk you through the buying process, at no cost to you. Interview two or three agents, and go with the one you feel comfortable with. Id be happy to help!

If you want an agent that will answer your calls, try me.

If you want to search the MLS for properties that are still available, use my website.

Since 1989, I've helped hundreds of buyers and sellers of Chicago properties. My services cost you nothing.

Call another agent. Sometimes agents have situations going on also. Could be ill, out of town, dealing with a family situation.

I am sorry for the bad experience in real estate. Interview agents before you decide this is the agent for me.
Make sure they have the time, knowledge and skills to find the right property for you.

You should contact an agent who can help you navigate the buying process. Make sure to get someone who is not only experienced, but also cares about helping others rather than just lining their own pockets.

That house has been under contract since 2/2/11 so that is probably why the agent blew you off. If you are not ready to work with an agent you can search the MLS from my web site.
