Several homes have closed in Cloudcroft utilizing VA. Condition is an issue, which could prohibit VA approval. Many of our homes in our little mountain paradise are basic "mountain cabins" which might not have approved VA heat sources, etc. Most of these issues can be remedied. Of course, this must be your primary VA for 2nd homes. So, dont let what you "have been told" hold you back from searching for properties in our Cloudcroft Mountain Paradise...Randy Everett...575-430-0510.

Any home in the Cloudcroft area seems extreme? Perhaps there are some properties that may not meet the appropriate criteria standards which could prohibit someone from utilizing their VA eligibility. Or, if the Veteran is trying to purchase a vacation property with their eligibility - that is not allowable. New VA Loans are available for the borrower's primary residence only.
