. Now I cant close on my new home because the buyer of my condo lawyer wants a release letter saying there is no mortgage due. Keep in mind that I have a hid one statement stating that is is in deed paid of in refinance. What the hell do I do? There is no one to talk to at old mortgage co, the were bought out, and my mortgage is no longer in there system. The buyer lawyer of my place says HUD 1 is Not GOOD ENOUGH WTF?
