This property appears to be the one on the market that I wrote about previously, so it is indeed for sale. There are properties actively on the market in Pittsfield in all price ranges, Working with a buyer agent who knows the Berkshire market and who has access to the Berkshire County MLS (there is no such thing as a generic MLS) is your best bet to be able to get complete and accurate and up to date information. Working with a buyer agent will most likely not be at any additional cost to you, AND will help you secure the best possible price and terms. I would be glad to talk to you more about the buying process. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested.

Beware of realty trac listings. This property is not actively for sale. in fact it appears it has just started the foreclosure process with the bank.

Here is a single family on the market in Pittsfield, similar in price:

There is only one property for sale on Onota Street that has three bedrooms and two baths, but it has only 1,333 square feet, It is listed for $119,000. This may or may not be the same property to which you are referring. I am a Certified Buyer's Agent, and would be willing to talk with you regarding finding a Berkshire property. Please be aware that the market in Berkshire County is getting much stronger, and we anticipate a very busy spring season. We have more buyers and fewer properties listed, so prices are expected to rise. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
