Hi Jigme,
I agree with the previous answers that you should interview agents: you will need to choose the Realtor that you believe has the ability to market your property the best, and then decide on a price once you've agreed on a marketing plan. The most recent 3-bedroom home sales in Regent Square went for $148K and $170K, but a good agent won't be able to give you an accurate price to list yours unless they can see the inside of the house, condition, etc. Good luck!

I would only add that you should not rely on zillow.com for a good listing price estimate! Those national sites use standard formulas based on public records. They certainly haven't toured your home as part of the process :-) There is no subsitute for a personal visit and CMA from a local Realtor.

Thanks for your question. You are in a good area, I just showed a bunch of homes to a buyer in the Regent Square, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill area. I would highly recommend interviewing 3 Realtors and decide which one best fits you. Beware of agents that tell you what you want to hear. A good Realtor will get you the price you want in the time frame you need it in. Hope this helps.

I would suggest that you contact a local real estate agent that can prepare a current market analysis for you on your property. This will show you homes that are currently active on the market in your area along with homes that have recently sold. By reviewing the market analysis, this will help you in determining the price in which you should list your home. Good Luck!
