I have worked with many investors throughout the years and I can offer your investors an objective point of view. I can tell them why one property does not work and why another does. In this market competition is stiff, so these investments better stand out in one way or another. Good luck in your search! I gave up on foreclosures, short sales, et al a long time ago. A big waste of time and money. They rarely work out.
