Information I have found shows that this house was leased in Aug. 2011 for $1625. I did not find a current active listing offering this property for Aug. 2012, however, it may come up. Most lease agreements for single family homes only require a 30 day notice of move-out, so a little early yet for this one.

As to your question about a formal dining area...it appears this house offers a Kitchen-Dining combo. I did not see a formal dining room listed in information about this house.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like some assistance with your housing needs. I hope to hear from you soon.

For some reason this home has been withdrawn form the market. Any other homes that you like?

Hi Anna,

Seems most of your questions have been already answered.

Nice For Lease properties are moving quickly right now, so you will need an Agent that can keep you on top of the market. When they show up in the MLS all of the Agents looking for Lease properties, too, get to see it and call their Clients.

Focus, Get all required documents together in one place and jump on the first property that you see that you like. Going to view the property is absolutely necessary.

Hello, Ana

This property was withdrawn from the market. If you are looking for something in that area and in that price range, I'd be happy to help you find another home. Please contact me by email or phone.

It is showing withdrawn because the listing is not on mls. I would be happy to schedule a showing for you. Let me contact the tenants and I will call you.

The status is Withdrawn. Your best bet is to follow http://www.AustinHomeSearch.com or my little site: http://www.charlesinchargeaustin.com. If you search austinhomesearch, you can contact the listing agent directly. The information is also governed better for precision and factual status. Anyone can post on Trulia and Zillow.
