Are you planning to purchase these homes as a investment? Do you want someone to manage the property for you since you are in Midland? The home at 1909 Hawthorne shows as new construction, however most homes in that area were built in the 1960s-1970s. Are you looking for new construction homes only?
As a buyer, there are usually no costs to you for a Realtor to represent you (because the seller's pay the commissions)...however, there are exceptions (for example if the seller negotiates that you pay your own Realtor fees).
If you are planning to rent these homes out, and want a property manager, then there are fees associated with having it managed. If you have multiple properties, a discount for these fees might be provided (depending on the quantity of homes you own).
Additionally, please know that if you are planning to finance these homes (with a mortgage) and they are investments only, you will need a significant amount of money for your down payments and your interest rates will be higher than on a home that you were planning to live in.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. If you are not already working with another Realtor, I would love to represent you in your next home purchase.
