HI Chris, Unit 206 is listed at $149,900. The condominium fee is $240 per month and includes heat and hot water. Unit 402 is listed at $169,900. Their are two units currently for sale in your building both units have about 640 square feet of living space and are priced at $149,000 and $169,900. Condo fees are around $245 a month. Hi Chris,
