I am confused. Thought this said it was a ranch yet there is a stairwell--to where? How many stairs overall?

Am looking for something that is potentially good for mobility impaired. Does this fill the bill?

Hello Gretchen,

These units were built by Shea Homes back in 2003. They are quite nice, in a good location of Highlands Ranch. The staircase that you are talking about goes to the garage which is located below the living space. Otherwise, it is a ranch style property with all the living space on one floor.

Hope this helps. If you want me to show you comparable alternatives in the area, let me know.

This home is on the second floor. That is where the stairs come in.
It is a "ranch' with stairs coming to the 2nd floor usit.
There are first floor homes available in the Community.
I have one on the first floor that I will be listing soon.
I have a website where you can find all available homes.

This unit sits over it's garage. A ranch style on the 2nd level.

Hope this helps!
Have a great day!

Oh, by the way.... it was originally listed for $211,500 on April 2, 2008.
